Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) on 19 December will be dispatched as usual, subject to courier capacity.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on 19 December are open for ordering as normal.
Your order will be securely reserved, with priority dispatch starting from 8 January, processed strictly in the order received.

When you will dispatch orders
Your order will be shipped from our Hamilton warehouse within 1 business day
after we receive your payment. Our cut-off time is 12 PM. This means that if your
order is placed before 12 PM, it will most likely be shipped on the same day, and
our system will email you the tracking number.
Postage Fee
The following price are calculated based on either volumetric weight or actual weight.
0KG-0.99KG: $9.99
1KG-1.99KG: $12.99
2KG- 4.99kG: $15.99
5KG- 9.99KG: $18.99
10KG and up: $25.99
Rural Address: Extra $10
Delivery Time
North Island: 1-2 Business days
South Island: 2-3 Business days
Rural Address: Addition 2-5 Business days
Rural shipping fees
$10 rural postage will be charged if you are in rural area, you can always
change the shipping address to a non-rural address to avoid rural shipping costs.

Missing order
If the order is showing as ‘delivered’ but it hasn’t turned up please get in touch with
