At Autopart, we stand behind the quality of our aftermarket automotive parts. While we are not the original manufacturers, we ensure that all products meet a high standard of reliability and performance.


Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use and proper installation, including:

  • Replacement or repair of defective parts
  • Products that fail during the warranty period due to non-customer-related faults

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable items (e.g., bulbs, fuses, seals, etc.)
  • Products used in racing or off-road conditions
  • Items installed on vehicles that do not match the specified compatibility

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at info@autopart.co.nz with your order number
  2. Provide a description of the issue with clear photos or videos of the product
  3. Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Note: Please do not send items back before receiving a return authorization from our support team.


Manufacturer Warranty (If Applicable)

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, details and instructions will be:

  • Included in the product packaging, or
  • Listed on the product page
